Scalloped Corn Cassarole

About the only good thing to come from this one really annoying dude we used to know.


Ingredients

  • 1 can (16 oz) can cream style corn
     
  • 1 can (16 oz) whole kernael corn, drained
     
  • 1 small box of corn bread mix
     
  • 1 stick butter, melted
     
  • 1 cup source cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350º F.
     
  2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly.
     
  3. Pour into 2.5 qt baking glass baking dish, and bake for 1 hour uncorvered until golden brown. If it's getting too brown, cover after 45 minutes.
