A tasty and buttery talipia that's easy to prepare, season, and make, without drying it out.
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Season tilapia with salt, pepper, paprika, thyme, and oregano; arrange fish in a 9x13 baking dish.
Melt 3 tbsp butter in a pan and cook the garlic for a few min. Then add remaining butter to melt, and mix in lemon juice. Pour over tilapia.
Bake tilapia for 12 minutes, or until fish flakes and is fork-tender (thickest parts will temp at 145°F).
